• 9:00 to 17:00 CET, Monday to Friday
• All orders are shipped within 3 working days after confirmation of your order
• All orders require a signature upon delivery.
• Once shipped, orders will not be redirected.

Traceability
At the time of shipment of the order, lodigiana.com will send you an E-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier, with a link to check the status of the shipment.

Insurance

lodigiana.com ensures every shipment to delivery. A signature is required for each delivery and at that point the responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have indicated a specific recipient other than yourself who deliver the goods (for example if it is a gift), the signature made by the consignee will be accepted as proof of delivery to complete the service by lodigiana.com and move at the same so any liability.
