As a consequence of the state-of-the-art methods of production and storage, which do not use any chemical substances, our rice retains its qualities in terms of flavour and nutrition (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and sodium), which guarantees that it is good for your health. Here you will find the complete range of our rices, the result of selection of species, a process which has been handed down from father to son, and which has over time made rice a typical product of our region.
Special Rice
In that category are included brown rices that we have selected characterized by their high fibre and nutritional values. Venere black rice, with black pericarp , is a rice obtain by a mix of Asiatic variety and “padana” variety cultivated in Vercelli and Novara’ provinces. Red cereal owes its name to the completely natural ruby red of the grains. Mix is a mixture of brown rices as baldo, red cereals and wild that comes from Canada.
Classical Ready Risotto
With our long experience and passion for our work, we have succeeded in developing a line of rices which are easy to prepare and always good. You only need to follow the simple instructions which are provided with the recipes to be able to serve up a tasty risotto of excellent quality. All risottos are made with super-fine Carnaroli rice with the addition of dehydrated vegetables and vegetable stock. Cooking time is 13-15 minutes and each sachet provides 2-3 portions.

Other products
Soups
Our soups consist of a mixture of pulses and cereals with dehydrated vegetables. Preparation is very simple and in 45 minutes you have a creamy, delicately-flavoured soup.
Flours
The flour from the agricultural company Lodigiana is milled in an old stone mill, which has been kept operational thanks to the care given by generations of millers who have always believed, as do we, in the quality of the processing of the cereals.
Polenta
In our range, we have also included polenta, a very old dish based on cereal flour, which, whilst being well known in its variations more or less throughout Italy, was for many years the staple food in many regions of the North.
Cookies
In Italian cuisine, and particularly in Piedmont, baked foods play a fundamental role. The company Agricola Lodigiana would therefore like to propose to its sophisticated customers the fragrances of some of the fundamental recipes to accompany the flavours of these regions. Also exquisite on their own, these biscuits, based 100% on rice flour, will remind you of ancient flavours which are continued by means of genuine ingredients and traditional production methods.
